Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
Exchanges We offer free exchanges for wrong size or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
